In order to plan a campaing we have to follow a systematic approach; for this reason, we propose the following action chain, that summarises and analyses what we want to achieve and how we can succeed in this:
- Identify the need of our organisation.
Why do we need a campaign?
- Formulate needs regarding aims.
From need to aim: having more learners → find learners for a course.
- Identify a target group
Addressing all target groups is not a good strategy .(please go to the previous module about identifying factors)
- Choose how communication will work.
Platform(s), materials, tools, timescale, resources…
- Decide success indicators.
How do we evaluate that our campaign has been successful?
- Analyse results.
